Eight of Cups, reversed. You have been leaving this for a year and calling it staying. The reversal is the hesitation itself, not a warning against going — the card does not argue with the departure, it describes how long you have been standing in the doorway.
The Star. Directly after a Tower year, the Star is not a promise of ease. It is permission to stop bracing. Water is being poured back into ground you thought you had lost, and the pouring is slow on purpose.
Queen of Wands. The path asks for your own heat, not someone else's approval of it. She is the least apologetic card in the deck and she is in the position of what comes next.
